Everyone seems to be a bit uptight right now. You know. The Corona Virus thing. And we are in the “target market.” It might be easy to get down and discouraged. In that we all need a pick-me-up right now, here are some dance moves for older adults by older adults. It may not get your moving but it at least will give you a smile.
Alex Boye and the Dancing Grannies have done a great job with this cover of Uptown Funk with this Uptown Funk funny video. You might find it hard to believe but the lead performer in this video – Alex Boye – was once a member of the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir. The video was even filmed in Utah.
